TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

The transport of the products purchased through the Website is included in the price unless expressly stated otherwise prior to the end of the purchase process. The transport service offered by HOUSE OF FANATICS  does not include any assembly service for products purchased through the Website.

Products purchased in SPAIN  before 3:00 pm will be delivered through within 48h service consisting of the delivery, except weekends and holidays in which the delivery will be made on the second day immediately after the last holiday.

EU Shipments will be delivered within 4 days except weekends and holidays in which the delivery will be made on the second day immediately after the last holiday. In the case of shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands consult info@houseoffanatics.com

NON-EU destiny shipments please previously consult info@houseoffanatics.com

However, the User should keep in mind that although HOUSE OF FANATICS puts its best efforts so that the delivery in service works correctly at all times, sometimes and For reasons beyond HOUSE OF FANATICS , the order may be slightly delayed, in any case not exceeding a period of more than seven business days.

In any case, in the event that HOUSE OF FANATICS breaches the specified delivery date in more than 7 business days, the User may choose to cancel the order and HOUSE OF FANATICS will proceed to refund the purchase amount in the same medium used during the purchase, in the shortest possible time. In no case will a breach of this clause by  HOUSE OF FANATICS be considered when the order has been delayed by the will of the User or the User at the address specified for the delivery of the product or through the means of contact provided by the User .

RETURNS, CHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL

For the return of products HOUSE OF FANATICS the User must take into account that in the right of withdrawal does not apply to those sealed goods that are not eligible to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery. So  HOUSE OF FANATICS may deny the return of a product for the exercise of withdrawal of a User if the product is returned in an evidently damaged manner due to causes that go beyond the mere checking of the characteristics and the good condition of a product.

Once HOUSE OF FANATICS receives the product and verifies that it is in correct conditions as expressed above, it will proceed to return the amounts paid by the User as soon as possible and in the same means of payment used by the User in the purchase, within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the returned product. ”

In the event that the returned product had been purchased accompanied by a promotional gift , it must be returned together with the main product.  HOUSE OF FANATICS reserves the ability to offer the customer a certain price so that, instead of returning the gift given, the customer could purchase it.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision, and these General Conditions will subsist in all other respects, and such provision will be considered not included.

Applicable Calendar

In the store, all deadlines and mentions of working days or working days will be understood to be made with reference to the national working calendar of Spain.
